Building Inspections

inspections

Although Woodbury City Hall is now open to the public, The Inspections Division will conduct as much business as possible through non-contact options.

The issuance of building permits and related inspections may be modified, delayed or suspended given the current circumstances. Please give us a call regarding submittal and payment information, as our procedures may change frequently.

The Inspection Services Division is responsible for the application and enforcement of the building code and related ordinances regulating construction, alterations, and the use of buildings within the city. The division is also responsible for administering the fire safety code and property maintenance code.
