Remodeling
Would you like to remodel, remedy a code deficiency, or increase your home's energy efficiency? You may qualify for a Woodbury Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) loan program that will help finance the costs. The maximum amount of these loans is $25,000 for standard improvements and there also is a $5,000 pilot loan fund available for "green" improvements. The loan takes the form of a second mortgage behind a lender's first mortgage. For information regarding the income restrictions and other criteria of these programs, select the program descriptions below. Please note that program guidelines and income requirements are subject to change without notice.
