This year's project will impact the Preserve Area and Hudson Road. For more information, visit the project page.
Each year, the city completes a rejuvenator project in designated areas to extend pavement life and contain materials within the original asphalt pavement. The rejuvenator is an oil-based material that will be sprayed directly on the road surface, followed by the temporary application of a sand product.
This year's rejuvenator project will take place in the Copper Ridge, Savanna Oaks North, and Fairhaven neighborhoods. The project will also include the access road to Carver Lake Park in the northwest and Karen Drive and Sutherland Drive in the northeast. See a project map.

Hudson Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway Intersection Improvements
Roadway and intersection improvements to Hudson Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway are underway. Portions of both roadways are closed to through traffic, including the intersection of Karen Drive at Settlers Ridge Parkway. Please follow the posted detour. The anticipated completion date is Oct. 1.
Improvements to Hudson Road will start just west of the Hudson Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway intersection and extend 1,600 feet east. Improvements to Settlers Ridge Parkway will take place from the I-94 Bridge south to approximately the Legends of Woodbury main entrance. The improvements include grade changes at critical locations, turns lanes at the intersections, minor utility improvements, and a traffic signal at the intersection of Hudson Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway. These roadway and intersection improvements are necessary to accommodate traffic volumes and vehicle movements associated with developments in the northeast area of Woodbury.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience during this project. If you have any questions regarding the proposed work, please feel free to contact Doug Peterson, project manager, at 651-714-3593.

I-94 East Metro Interchange Study
The I-94 East Metro interchange study in Woodbury, Oakdale and surrounding area focuses on finding the long-term vision for the interchange while ensuring that other projects in the interchange area are compatible with that vision.
In 2019 and 2020, MnDOT reconstructed the East Metro I-94 Interchange to address deteriorated bridges and pavement. This project work also included low cost safety and capacity improvements. However, this work only addressed short-term condition issues. A long-term plan is needed for broader capacity and safety issues at the interchange. For more information, visit the project website.
Manning Avenue (Highway 95) Safety Improvement Project

This is expected to be the final year of the project series. For more information, visit the project website.
