Facilities & Reservations

Facility use permits can be obtained for the exclusive use of a specific facility for a given date and time. Outdoor shelters are available between April 15 and Oct. 15. Note: Specific park buildings may be used as warming houses during the winter between late December through the end of February, weather permitting, and will not be available for private rental.
Requests to reserve picnic shelters, a specific park area, building or field, may be made by contacting the Parks and Recreation Department at (651) 714-3583. Reservations are accepted, with full payment, the first business day in January for the following year, or at least five days in advance of the proposed date(s) of usage. Tennis, volleyball, basketball and horseshoe courts are available on a first come, first served basis, except when officially reserved for lessons or league programs.
Anoyone reserving a city facility for an event must adhere to the special event policy guidelines and submit a special event application.
No refund will be given if a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
No refunds are given due to weather conditions unless the park or facilities are officially closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.
