The Woodbury City Council conducts regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road. The Council also holds a workshop (discussion meeting) on the third Wednesday of each month. Workshop meetings start at 6:30 p.m. All meetings, unless otherwise noted, are open to the public.
Citizens are given an opportunity to briefly speak on topics which are not a part of the meeting agenda during the Open Forum portion of Council meetings. Persons wishing to speak must complete a sign-up sheet and present it to a staff person at the meeting. Speakers are limited to two minutes each. Public comments also are invited at public hearings. All public hearings are held as a separate item of business on Council agendas.
Meeting agendas are prepared on the Friday preceding the meeting date. The agenda is available on the Woodbury website under Agendas. On the meeting day, agendas and speaker sign-up sheets are available outside the Council Chambers. Persons wishing to obtain an agenda in advance of a meeting may contact Kim Blaeser in the Administration Department by phone at (651) 714-3523, or by email at This email address is being protected from spambots.
