Notes: The Commerce Hill project includes a shopping center on roughly 26 acres on the northern part of the site anchored by a SuperTarget store which opened in March of 2011. McDonald's restaurant has been approved for contruction along with another Retail pad site. The southern 11 acres of the site is proposed for office development.
